  Been with CVS in Portland for a while, but finally got fed up with them never having my prescription's. Always had to order them, which was completely understandable but not when I would go THREE times and it still had not been ordered. Called to ask them one more time if it was in which was the FOURTH time attempting to get my medication and still after it being called in on a Monday by my Dr. and it being Thursday they still had not ordered it!! Staff is not friendly,after explaining to a staff member by the name of Veronica what was going on she acted as if it was not her problem. I asked her what I had to do do transfer my medications to another pharmacy. She replied to just go to another pharmacy and hung up. There was only one employee that always went that extra mile and was never rude, by the name of Isreal. Cvs needs to find employees that are going to at least pretend they are happy to be there.
