  Horrible customer service. I went to 7/11 around 8:50 and I went to put gas in. I was waiting and waiting to put $50 in the truck. So this pimple faced girl with split ends you can see in Mount Everest and pores that a jelly red giant. She decided to take this guy behind me in line instead of me... Um really. I wasn't at all into what she had did. A line is a line. She really needs to go back to 5th grade and learn what "a line" means. Please mangers fixed this girl attitude towards her customers. Also tell her proactive really does work. Thank you.

  Worst experience ever!! The attendant didn't know how to use the Plenti rewards card, which is no big deal, it's new. Then I find out the chocolate I purchased was melted, I quickly went in for an exchange, which they could not do. I had to find my receipt to make the return and then purchase the exact item... This I'm all okay with, but the slowness, the lack of knowledge of how to work with their own cash register and having me wait until other simpler transactions were taken care of, then I was finally helped. There was no apology for the 20 minute delay or why so many chocolate Reese's were melted. Why even sell them?!
